We offer a range of IT support services tailored to your business requirements. Unlike most IT managed service providers we want our pricing to be clear and concise therefore below is the highest prices you pay, per device, for our support plans.
Furthermore, and again to be different, these plans cover labour full stop – we don’t believe in double charging you for the work we do – you will not pay any further hourly fees for any work that falls under your covered support agreement with us.
Our office hours are 0900 – 1700 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, however cover for our plans begins at 0800 and ends at 1800 – outside of these times our on-call service is provided.
